Heal with Nature® is the naturopathic medical office of Dr. Mitch Kennedy, located in Avon, Connecticut, USA.  At  Heal with Nature®, our goal is to get to the root cause of symptoms and restore balance to the system.


We are a family practice that treats children to seniors, specializing in pain management, allergy elimination, and chemical detoxification.




Dr. Kennedy’s clinical training covers three separate types of medicine: natural medicine, conventional medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine.  This ensures no opportunity for healing is missed, and a serious health condition does not go unnoticed or misdiagnosed.
